  • Make sure screws, bolts, and other hardware are securely fastened

EVANPAULHUTTON chairs are intended for general seating use and are not represented as medical devices or as providing medical treatment or diagnosis.

EVANPAULHUTTON is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, exceeding applicable product limitations, or failure to follow available product instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is considered accepted after:

  • The checkout process is completed

  • Payment is successfully authorized through PayPal

  • An order confirmation is issued

We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Payment authorization failure

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • An incomplete or unsupported shipping address

  • An obvious order-entry error

If we cancel an order after payment has been completed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original PayPal payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Changes or cancellation may no longer be possible after processing or shipment preparation begins.

5. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on evanpaulhutton.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

The amount charged will be the total displayed and confirmed at checkout, except in the case of an obvious pricing error.

Applicable shipping charges and sales tax, when required, will be shown before payment is completed.

6. Payment

EVANPAULHUTTON currently accepts payment through PayPal only.

Payment is charged when the customer submits and confirms the order. Customers must be authorized to use the selected PayPal account or payment method.

PayPal may decline, delay, or review a payment according to its own security and risk procedures.

EVANPAULHUTTON does not directly store customers’ PayPal passwords or complete payment card details. Please review our Payment Policy for additional information.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.

EVANPAULHUTTON currently ships to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $100.00 are subject to a $5.99 standard shipping fee.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery is estimated to take 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, public holidays, address problems, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Customers must contact EVANPAULHUTTON before returning a product and follow the return instructions provided.

The contact address displayed on our website is not automatically the return address.

Unauthorized returns or items sent to an unapproved address may not be accepted or refunded.

9. Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation may be possible only before the order enters processing or shipment preparation. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that shipment can be stopped.
